Adult Bible Fellowships

We are an ABF that has been around for some time. We meet at 8:15 am Sunday morning and are open to all adults although those that attend are in the upper middle age to seniors bracket. We are a class concerned with each other’s welfare as well as our church family, enjoying each other’s company through our meeting together, praying, studying, and occasional social events.

We believe the Bible to be as contemporary today as the day it was written and speaks to the issues of our current culture as well as the heart of man. Our Bible studies are largely expository in nature and encourage discussion among those attending.

The AGAPE class gathers together each Sunday at 8:30am to celebrate Jesus Christ in our lives, to support one another, to pray and to place Scripture in a context that we might share the Good News with family, friends and neighbors. We believe in God, His Word and having a good time together. We believe there are no stupid questions and that you are never too old to learn something new. We are currently in the midst of The Acts of The Apostles.
Terry Reynolds leads discussion.

“…whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him.” 1 John 5a

Crossroads is for anyone who wishes to pursue God’s Word for a clearer concise understanding of WHO we believe, WHAT we believe, and WHY we believe.  Many perceive the Bible is too hard to understand, too condemning, untrue and full of  “don’ts.” Yet verse by verse leads to a better understanding of living life. Our goal is to go deeper in the Word to help each one to fall in love with the direct words breathed from God Himself. Life application is found in these pages for depression, anger, idol worship, selfish living, money, parenting, marriage, integrity, faithfulness, freedom from bondage, forgiveness, love, and hope. The Bible teaches Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World. He exists throughout the Old and New Testament. The past, present, and future are found in the pages of Scripture. If there are any doubts about God and His existence, we pray this class will open you up to a renewed confidence and assurance of WHO it is you place your faith in.  We welcome you in the small fellowship room beside the kitchen, Sunday morning 9:30am for refreshment/fellowship, followed by prayer, teaching & discussion. This class is lead by Rich Arny and David Bradford.
Crosstalk is open to everyone – all ages, single, married, divorced, widowed, orphaned – whosoever will!  Life is painful and hard.  So is change.  Thankfully, as believers in Christ, we dp not have to journey through this life by ourselves. In John 13:35 we are comforted by these words, “By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”  Unfortunately for many of us, we feel as though we do not belong or that if others knew what was going on in our lives they would want nothing to do with us.  Whether you are a new believer or have known Christ for years if this sounds like you and if you are looking for a place to grow in Christ where you can be real, where you can be vulnerable, and where you can expect to be challenged and encouraged, then CrossTalk invites you to join them in the Coffee Room Across from the Worship Center on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30 AM.  CrossTalk is led by Jason and Angie Hubbard and Joe and Christina Dalton.
The Home Builders class meets at 9:30 am in the Chapel and is open to all ages.  Using  2 Timothy 2:15 as a guiding principle, the class features a mix of expository and topical studies of God’s Word in an interactive, discussion oriented format designed to help class members understand what we believe, why we believe it, and how those beliefs should be reflected in our daily walk.  We enjoy several fellowship opportunities (dinners, picnics, game nights, etc.) during the year and are committed to daily prayer for needs and requests shared during our class sessions.  The class is led by Terry Smith.
Pursuing The Journey is a new Adult Bible Fellowship that is structured with biblical studies with strong emphasis on application to everyday life.  Teaching will be a combination of large group and small group discussion.  Our goal is to develop strong relationships that center around building community among each other.  We will also have opportunities to do social things outside of class so we can get to know one another better.   This ABF is for all ages and stages of life and is led by John Tummel.  We meet at 9:30 am in Room 129.

The Crusaders class welcomes all age groups, especially our older ones.  It is a close knit group, caring and praying.  We study God’s words, applying them to our daily lives.  We discuss real expectations on what a Christian is.  Come join Gary and Rita Graber leading us at 11 am Sunday in the Chapel.  Be part of our learning and teaching experience, for we teach each other.
