Sunday Mornings

Grow Together

Grow Together

Sunday morning small groups are a great place to study the bible while connecting with other people. We have small groups for all stages of life that meet at 8:15am, 9:15am, or 11am so they're a perfect paring with one of our worship services. Find on that looks like a good fit for you and try it out.

Koinonia Class

Sundays at 11am

Led by Dan Minard. This group of people from all ages pray and learn about God together. They tend to work through books of the Bible in their study. You are welcome to come to class and see what they are all about.

Crossroads

Sundays at 9:15am

Led by Rich Arny and Dave Bradford. They meet together each Sunday for prayer and snacks and Bible study. The class is open to all ages. They are beginning the study of the book of Acts. Whether young or old, Acts begins with the ascension of Jesus Christ, the filling of the Holy Spirit, Peter's sermon at Pentecost, the beginning of persecution for believers, Peter warned, many prayers for boldness and the first church is established. Acts tells of the problems, great offerings, various leaders placed in position, the life of Stephen, and the trouble maker Saul who is chosen by the Lord and is now named Paul. Acts is active and full of great victory for the steadfast believers. Paul obeys the great commission to go and reach out to the Gentiles with his missionary journeys. The Lord still needs the "Pauls" of life today to spread the same message.

Upper Parlor

CrossTalk

Sundays at 9:15am

Led by Josh Kline. They are open to adults of all ages and in all walks of life- single, married, divorced, widowed- everyone is welcome! Life is painful and hard. Thankfully, as believers in Christ, we do not have to journey through this life by ourselves. We are all broken, and no one should feel as though they don't belong. In John 13:35 we are comforted by these words, “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” Whether you are a new believer or have known Christ for years and are looking for a place to grow in Christ where you can be real, where you can be vulnerable, and where you can be encouraged.

Lower Parlor

Agape Fellowship

Sundays at 8:15am

Led by Terry Reynolds. They are the Agape class. They try daily to live up to their name, praying for the world, for our nation, for our community. They pray for Community Church pastors, worship leaders, ministry leaders and for our neighbors, our families, and each other. Sharing their experiences, especially blessings and answered prayer is very important. They are 50ish to 90ish in age. Some are new to the class and some are pioneers. They are currently reading from the Book of Genesis, line by line.
